LATE REGISTRATION CLOSES WEDNESDAY SEPT. 15 AT 11:59PM
Life Teen Genesis 2021-22 Registration 1st Year of High School Catechesis (Formerly Life Teen Track A)
(Please fill out a separate registration for each child)
There will be a Parent Information Meeting on Sunday, August 22 from 3:30-4:30pm at the St. Martha Family Life Center (3702 Woodland Hills Dr. Kingwood TX 77339). Please bring a copy of your student’s Baptismal Certificate to the meeting.
CONFIRMATION PREP AT ST. MARTHA IS IN TWO STAGES:
1. Life Teen Genesis (on-going high school catechesis), followed by
2. Revelation Confirmation Program (on-going high school catechesis, sacrament prep, and Confirmation)
Confirmation preparation is a two-year process. A student must complete one year of on-going high school catechesis prior to registering for Revelation Confirmation Program. This is accomplished by registering for and completing Life Teen Genesis.

LIFE TEEN GENESIS
CATHOLIC SCHOOL
All Catholic school teens must register!
If your son/daughter is attending an accredited Catholic school they do not have to attend Life Teen Genesis on Sunday evenings. However, they still must attend:
Kickoff Retreat on November 6, 2021 from 10:00
am – 4:00 pm
in order to receive credit for the first year of Confirmation preparation.
Your teen attending Catholic school is welcome to attend Life Teen Genesis on Sunday evenings. This can be fruitful for helping them to integrate into our parish community who they will be journeying with in the second year. In that event, please pay the $80 registration fee which will cover the cost of materials, books, and Sunday dinners throughout the year.
If your Catholic school teen will not attend on Sunday Nights, please select Option 2, and a $40 fee will be required for the cost of your books which will be used for year 1 and year 2.
REGISTRATION
Online registration is only available for those paying electronically. To pay by check/cash/payment plan, you'll need to do Paper Registration.
Please register online if you are able. Most
people have not had problems registering on Faith Direct. Some have tried
registering on a laptop from their work and were not able to complete
registration (perhaps because of a security or firewall setting).
If you need, Paper Registration Forms are available in English and
Spanish at the Faith Formation Office at 3702 Woodland Hills Dr. Office hours
are M-F 9-4.
