Faith Formation Registration 2021-2022

Instructions – For each child, select the appropriate Faith Formation program. If your child will be receiving a First Sacrament or Confirmation in 2022, please add the Sacrament Registration also. First Reconciliation/First Communion is typically received in 2^nd grade. Confirmation is received in the 2^nd year of a two-year preparation in High School (typically 10th grade).

 Kids' Club:  Kindergarten - 5th grade

· Session A - Monday 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm

· Session B - Monday 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

· Session C - Tuesday 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm

· Session D - Tuesday 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

· Session E - Home Study

Edge: 6th- 8th grade

· Wednesday 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Life Teen: 9th-12th grade

· Sunday 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Beyond Post-Confirmation Teens

· Sundays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Class Registration Fees*

1 child: $75

2 children: $135

3+ children: $180

*To receive the multi-child discount above, all children in a family must be registered in the same transaction.

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION 

If your child is receiving a Sacrament this year, please register for both the appropriate weekly Faith Formation program and the corresponding Sacramental Preparation program.

First Sacraments Preparation Classes (Reconciliation/Communion):  + KIDS CLUB

First sacraments are traditionally received in 2^nd grade. Please select both the Kids Club Faith Formation program and add the First Sacraments Class.

Confirmation Preparation Classes:  + LIFE TEEN (Second Year only)

Confirmation is a two-year preparation completed at the High School level. If your child is entering their second year of Life Teen and will be receiving Confirmation in 2022, please select both the Life Teen program and add the Confirmation Preparation Classes.
