If you are in need of a scholarship for faith formation classes, please DO NOT register with Faith Direct. Please contact Lisa at #231-4600.

*BEFORE completing your Faith Direct payment below, please COMPLETE the REGISTRATION FORM (All grade levels). EMAIL it to Lisa Haas at lisa.haas@qopc.org, or MAIL/BRING it to the Parish Center. WHEN QP RECEIVES these forms AND you have competed your payment below, your child(ren) will be considered registered for the program. We look forward to working with your family!

Religious Education, Grades 1-6

Religious Education is for students in grades 1-6 who either attend area public schools or who are home-schooled. Through the exploration of our Catholic tradition and faith sharing experiences, students come to understand what it means to live as Christian disciples.

Preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion is in addition to the core religious education sessions.

Youth Ministry, Grades 7-8, 9-12

Youth Ministry helps middle and high-school students deepen their relationship with God and experience their faith, while being integrated into the parish family and larger community. Confirmation preparation happens as a part of Youth Ministry - as well as so much more!  Youth Ministry includes Sunday classes, mini-courses, summer mission trips, retreats, social action and service opportunities, a small Christian community, as well as additional  events to build community and enjoy life in faith together.
