Weekly (Online) Faith Formation (20-21)

To successfully participate in Online Faith Formation students/families will need to:

  1. Review a short, six page faith-focused booklet each week and/or short digital video
  2. Submit responses to a few short questions relating to the week's booklet.
  3. Complete and submit the Families of Faith monthly activity
  4. Participation in two (informal) faith discussion meetings scheduled in the fall and spring with myself and child/parent
  5. Parent participation in the Annual Faith Formation Parent Meeting is required to successfully enrolled. (If unable to attend, an alternative date/meeting can be arranged)

Note for Sacrament registration for 2nd or 11th grade child: Please complete a separate sacrament registration by clicking the appropriate link on the SEAS website, facebook page, or from FF registration email.
When:
FF Parent Meeting (Parent(s) ONLY)- Mon. 9/21 at 5:30 OR Wed. 9/23 at 5:30. (Attendance at only one meeting needed)
