VBS participants must have just completed grades K-5 (2018/2019 school year). 

VBS is June 17-21; 8:15 am-12 noon.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FILLED OUT AND THE LIABILITY FORMS ARE FILLED OUT. ***NOTE: THE REQUIRED LIABILITY FORMS WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER YOU REGISTER.

No refunds after May 24.
