All Souls Remembrances

Use the Notes box to list your deceased loved ones; their names will be placed on the altar at Masses during the month of November.

Father’s Day Remembrances

Use the Notes box to list the fathers in your life, whether living or deceased; their names will be placed on the altar at Masses during the month of June.

Mother’s Day Remembrances

Use the Notes box to list the mothers in your life, whether living or deceased; their names will be placed on the altar at Masses during the month of May.

Mass Intention Offering (One Time Gift)

Unannounced Mass ($5): In the Note box below include the name of the person whom the mass is intended for and whether they are living or deceased.

Announced Mass ($15): In the Note box below include the name of the person whom the mass is intended for, whether they are living or deceased, and three (3) desired dates for the Mass to be said. The rectory office will then email you to finalize a date and time.

5-Day Candle: $5
1 Week Sanctuary Lamp Offering: $20
1 Week Bread & Wine Offering: $25
For Sanctuary Lamp and Bread & Wine Offerings, please include the details of intention in the Note box below.

Hymnal Dedication

$50: have a dedication placed in one of our new music hymnals. In the note box below include the name of your remembrance or dedication. The Rectory office will contact you to confirm the exact wording.

One Time Gift

If you would like your One Time Gift to be applied to a specific fund or collection, please use the Notes box.

Friends of Music (One Time Gift)

Donations made to this fund support many aspects of our music program, including concert series, youth outreach, and organ maintenance.
